Can't Miss It: Tuesday
OLD TIMEY SOCIAL: Seattlest has plugged this before in Tuesday installments of Can't Miss It, but we're finally going to trek out to Ballard tonight to take part. If you want to watch us fall flat in an old timey jam session, or if you wanna join in one yourself, grab your guitar, your fiddle, or your spoons and head out for a night.

FREE MUSIC: Easy Street Records has long been a staple for finding out about new bands, seeing great bands live in an intimate setting, meeting your favorite band, leaning against racks upon racks of great CDs while you watch them perform. Tonight, the "Uptown" location will welcome the awesomeness that is the Moondoggies. Get there early. These things have a way of filling up fast.

CONFUSING BOOK SYNOPSES: There's a reading going down at Elliott Bay Books tonight that sounds kind of interesting to us. We say kind of, because the description is confusing us this early in the morning, in our post-happy-hour, pre-coffee state. Read it for yourself, and if it sounds interesting (and makes sense) to you, head on down for the reading tonight.

VOTE DAMMIT: If you haven't returned your ballot (like Seattlest, who will do so immediately after posting this entry), get to it, people. We don't care how you vote, or who for (of course we do), just get your ballot in. Get in the habit now, so that when you get that all-important ballot in November, you'll be all ready to color in that little "O" next to whichever candidate you choose (we're not telling you who to vote for).
