The Most Obvious Headline of the Day

"Crowds mellow at Hempfest, authorities say"

Hmm, we wonder why that was.

Still, considering there was a shooting at a festival celebrating Folk music and arts and crafts this spring in Seattle, that 100,000+ folks can get together on the hottest days of the year in a tiny cramped little park and have no major incidents or arrests is actually pretty impressive. We imagine the fact that Hempfest is alcohol-free has something to do with the lack of violent incidents. Of course, alcohol is completely legal and comes with a government-stamped approval and marijuana is the devil weed and leads you to become a complete and total drop-out from society. So, this peaceful gathering of potheads must be an isolated incident.

You really need to stop misrepresenting what happened at Folk Like--the shooting wasn't intentional, it was an accidental discharge that occurred while a man was pistol-whipping another guy. See? He didn't intend to shoot anyone, he only meant to beat someone's skull to a pulp. Jeez...

I see what you did there Jeremy, and I like it.
