<description>&lt;p&gt;That&apos;s the fly in my smug-ointment, bilco, yes. Actually, when smog levels are high, if you have any sort of lung problems you&apos;re not supposed to exercise. Which I imagine includes biking. *sigh*&lt;/p&gt;</description>
