<description>&lt;p&gt;No, actually, these are the trains that run on the Port tracks on Harbor Island (and the northeast edge of West Seattle), within a mile of the people who are concerned. And they make a major point of saying yes, they knew the train tracks were there, but something has increased this summer, and they can&apos;t figure out what it is, but they want to know (BNSF apparently is not being very cooperative) and they want to know if there are some restrictions that can be placed (like airports in urban areas that can&apos;t have takeoffs during hours x and x, and so on). -- TR @ WSB&lt;/p&gt;</description>
