Yes, There Will Be Seattlest Trivia Tonight
Yes, it's the second Tuesday of the month, but it's Seattlest Trivia night nonetheless.
And for answering one trivia question, your team could be the proud consumers of $50 bar credit. That question:
What city fills in this blank, and why? Seattle, Hong Kong, ________, Bangkok, San Francisco
Email james at seattlest.com with your answer. After several months of relatively easy (i.e., Googleable) questions, this one's harder. One team that gets it right will win the bar credit, but every team that gets it right will be emailed one of the super-secret round topics to help with last-minute cramming.
Those super-secret round topics are in addition to the usual Geography and Movies, of course.
The rest of the quiz is the usual deal: The quiz starts at 8:00 (or a few minutes earlier) at the Old Pequliar in Ballard. Signup starts about 7:45. The whole thing should be done by 10:00. You can play on a team of up to 5 people, and it costs just $5 to play. The OP doubles the pot, the top 3 teams win cash prizes, and the team in last place wins swag.

Yes, this is a hard question. A couple of things to keep in mind:
The list is limited to 5 total cities, and there's a reason they're in exactly the order they're in.
And this question has a Seattle angle beyond just Seattle's appearance on the list. Honestly, if you're not local, there's pretty much no way for you to get this one.
