<description>&lt;p&gt;They should postpone the vote until after the first line is opened up so we can see if it would be worth it to expand further.  What&apos;s the rush?  It should be open in less than a year.  

Besides, all of those billions could go for shiny new double deck buses that can go anywhere, not just on a fixed path.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
