Soulds like the PDL thing the slog mentioned. We were there around 7:30, but didn't see anything. Too bad!

From our tip e-line: "There was definitely a chain link fence with a perspective drawing of a tram, a plan drawings and the city logo and VULCAN as the contractor on the closeenough-to-professional looking board mounted to the fence. Enclosed in the fence were a few construction items, a big spool of cable among other things. Didn't get a picture, unfortunately. It was there about 10 am Sat, Kerry Park overlook next to the sculpture (which was depicted in the drawing and dwarfted by the tram station structure) and then gone when we went back later in the evening. Very interested to know more about it, was city approved, etc."

I rode by a construction site last night around 1AM but didn't look too closely. Any chance it's on Galer near 2nd?
