Speaking of Swimming in Reservoirs

VolunteerParkReservoir.jpg
Ah, the illicit dip is the sweetest. We were sorely tempted yesterday afternoon, biking through Volunteer Park, when we spotted this blue lagoon through the trees. Not quite sure what they're putting in the water to create that gorgeous shade, but we half expected to see a white sandy beach and volleyball players in the distance. After half an hour of foraging, though, we were unable to locate a rum shack so we had to look for more hospitable climes down 15th.

I stole the rum shack, it's now in my backyard for more convenient access. It's amazing what blue dye will do for the bathtub water, too!

MvB are you trying to get me to get arrested for tresspassing at a Seattle city reservoir--cause this photo is not helping the temptation!
