Ready for an Obama-Gregoire Fist Bump?

If you're not, you better get ready. Michelle Obama, the future First Lady of the United States, will be joining Washington Governor Christine Gregoire onstage for a fundraising event in July. Somehow this fundraising event is free—seems like flawed logic to us—and open to the public. It will take place on July 17th at WaMu Theatre at Qwest Field from noon to 3 p.m.

While WaMu may be a less than desirable place for a concert, hopefully it is just the right venue for a repeat of Michelle Obama's greeting on The View. We love a lady who can make levity of the ridiculous things that are said about her...terrorist-style fist jab, anyone?
