Ballsy Bank Robber Hits Same Branch Twice in a Month
The continuous availability of stupid criminal stories never ceases to amaze us. The latest vignette to this never-ending novel comes from the newly launched Seattle 911 Blog.
The King County Sheriff is looking for a man suspected of robbing three banks this month, including hitting one of the banks twice. The suspect, who police describe as an African-American male in his mid-30s to 40s, first robbed the Key Bank branch on June 7th and then again this Saturday. The man never brandished a weapon during the robberies, and he has communicated with the bank tellers by passing notes.
Bank robberies must be all the rage right now in the Seattle criminal underworld. There were three bank robberies in King County on Monday alone. And, while our already-repeat-offender wasn't suspected to have anything to do with Monday's robberies, there is still just under a week left for him to go for a three-peat at his favorite bank branch.
