Busted in the Bushes

When Bremerton police were called on Saturday about a man spotted in some bushes acting suspicious, we imagine they thought they knew exactly what they'd be rolling up on. Peeping Tom? Flasher? Which would it be today? Turns out neither.

When police arrived on the scene, they found a 19-year-old man putting on make-up in the bushes. According to the officer's report, the young man said he left the house he was staying in to do his make up outside because "there is better lighting outside."

Why he chose the bushes, we have no idea. But he is right about natural lighting being better for make up application. Obviously, this was not his first time applying rouge and foundation. The young man followed police requests to return back inside—to a bathroom filled with bad fluorescent lighting—to finish his beauty routine.
