Seattlest Trivia Tonight at the Old Pequliar

How many meters in a fathom?Wanna win a free pitcher of beer tonight at the Old Pequliar?

You could make sure your team is in fourth place at halftime. Or you could answer this question:

What's the second-most-populous city in Eastern Washington, after Spokane?

Email your response to james at seattlest.com. If more than one team answers correctly, I'll pick the winner at random.

Of course, you also have to show up at the Old Pequliar tonight to play pub trivia. It's the prefect weather for it, though. Seattlest James is hosting, and you can expect the usual Movie, Geography, and picture rounds, plus a dollop of stuff designed to show off just how smart you can be when you're drinking.

Haven't been there before? It's $5 per team to play, and teams can have up to 5 people. The quiz starts at 8:00, signup starts 7:45, and when tables will run out is always a mystery.

Have been there before? And wondered why we don't have a calendar of who's hosting when? Your wish has been granted.

See you tonight.
