<description>&lt;p&gt;Thank god they are shutting this place down.  I can only hope it will be permanent, and they will tear them down and build something that isn&apos;t destroying the community.   It&apos;s nice and trendy to think that these piles of kitsch are the last vestiges of some bygone era of Seattle in need of our love and preservation, but in fact they are disgusting.  How many Seattlest readers have actually set foot in one, let alone stayed there amongst the shit and drugs.  They are not cool, and I applaud the Department of Health for doing its job.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
