How Not To Start a Press Release...

"Hello Abbey - I work with the, still-nascent, Seattle office of the Nader-Gonzalez campaign..."

You lost me with still-nascent--but, that the press release came from the never-ending Nader campaign is perfection.

If, for some reason, you're interested in seeing Ralph Nader--and not throwing tomatoes at him for 2000--he will be speaking at The University of Washington on Wednesday May 14th at 7p.m. at Kane Hall.

I think it would be more productive for correcting the Democrats' incredible proficiency at losing elections to blame Gore for pissing away what should have been an easy win--or brain dead system of elections in this country--instead of blaming Nader for his miniscule role in the affair.

Hmmm … I don’t get it. You said she lost you at “nascent”, and yet you apparently continued reading to glean all the salient date/time/location info from it? I guess she recaptured you?

As far as I can tell I think this post was funny, just not in the way Seattlest intended …

Cool, thanks for the info, I was wondering what to do with these rotten tomatoes. In 4 more days they should be really nasty!
