<p>The Theo event was a delicious evening. It was tasty and educational...a way to learn about the healing properties of dark chocolate, try out their exotic flavors, and to see how the palate reacts to pairings with teas, wine or beers.

And, hey, Jay -- "Something they’re calling a chocolate meditation"....I was the leader of that part of the event. It was 10 minutes that the visitors could take out of their day to not only deepen their appreciation for chocolate, but also for themselves. "The Chocolate Meditation" is a specific guided meditation experience I created that takes the listener into a deeply relaxed place of peace and bliss...a delightful rest from the sometimes frenetic pace of day-to-day life.

Sometimes, a mini-luxurious spa experience for yourself can be just that simple. Sign me up for some more of that "fig & fennel" chocolate for sure!

Thanks for letting us know all the great Seattle happenings!
