Can't Miss It: Tuesday

RETURN TO THE '80s: The B-52s are playing at the Showbox at the Market tonight. We hope you already have your $50 (!) tickets since the show's sold out. If you're into that kind of '80s thing though, you can get your fill at "I Love the 80s" at Club Noc Noc with DJ Shane. Tonight is sure to be a love-shack bonanza.

TIME FOR THE BIRDS: Most every day brings an opportunity to hear about the state of some aspect of the environment. We know that can start to feel overwhelming. Well, while it may seem like too big a job for you to save the environment, you can break the job down into little pieces by taking action on one thing at a time. Tonight at the Seattle Aquarium, KING-5's Jeff Renner will talk with Dr. Julia Parrish, Associate Professor in Aquatic and Fisheries Sciences at UW about the health of the Puget Sound's seabird population. The good doctor will also present ways for people to volunteer their time to help save the birds.

7 p.m. // Seattle Aquarium // $20

BIKE TO WORK: It's a little late for today, but Bike to Work Day is a full month-long event now. So if you've been hemming and hawing, or maybe itching to ride, this is the time to find out more about the process of riding your bike to work. There's a challenge for new and experienced riders to ride as much as possible during May and possibilities for folks new to bike commuting to partner up with experienced riders. It's not as scary as you think.

Morning and afternoon commutes // All over the region // Free
