America's Next Top Model Leads to Critical Stabbing

We always knew that Tyra Banks and her train wreck of a reality TV competition, America's Next Top Model (ANTM), was an acquired taste. You either love it (and like Seattlest, you only mention that to your closest friends...and you guys), or you hate it. But a Seattle woman took that disdain for Tyra and Miss Jay's crazy glitter eyebrows a little too far, when she stabbed an acquaintance for watching ANTM too loudly.

As slightly embarrassed women all around the country do, the victim and her friends got together Wednesday night to drink some beers and watch ANTM. During the show, the alleged attacker asked her soon-to-be victim to stop talking so loudly and to turn down ANTM. When the 42-year-old victim refused to quiet down, the women started arguing. The arguing quickly became physical. During the melee, the attacker grabbed a paring knife out of a nearby apple and stabbed the victim multiple times. The victim suffered life-threatening stab wounds to her chest and her neck. She's still at Harborview, while her attacker remains at large.
