<description>&lt;p&gt;I will add a big WTF to this! Where I was the flakes were gigantic and it was coming down really hard. When I was walking home from the Comet around midnight it was still sticking to some cars and grassy spots. 

I did love the surprise of seeing snow fall around the spring time cherry blossoms in full bloom. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
