<description>&lt;p&gt;I think P&amp;R&apos;s are a good idea round light rail stations outside the city.  Its the number one beef that suburban people Ive talked to have about light rail.  They think it will be too hard to get to.  Personally, Id rather have P&amp;R&apos;s and have people drive one mile than none at all and have people clogging the freeways.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
