The next morning, there it was again. I would have gotten upset, but it was my favorite tagger of Belltown. He often tags cute mice and balloons who look have faces like Mr. Yuk stickers. This tagger may be bad-ass and part of a gang, but he's still tagging cartoon-ish shit, so I take a picture every time I see his/her work.</p>
