The Georgia Straight is a weekly newspaper, so maybe these feet are some sort of bizarre press release. I would be less surprised if they were showing up along the Georgia Strait. Then it would probably be a drug-related organized crime problem or something. (Sorry, it's Grammar Day after all and I couldn't resist.)
