Get Out Saturday: Hot Buttered Rum and the Waybacks at Neumos

Looking to get your bluegrass on this weekend? Hot Buttered Rum is ready to put a smile on your face and get you on your feet.

The bluegrass band from northern California will be at Neumos on Saturday evening for a co-bill with the Waybacks, also from CA. Hot Buttered Rum will close.

We've only seen them once at Wakarusa a few years ago, and it was a hell of a show. They can go off on some traditional bluegrass or mix it up with more rock oriented jams. No matter what though, you'll have a good time.

8:30pm // Neumos // $15 advance, $17 at the door

Excellent show! James Nash and Warren Hood of The Waybacks are of the super-singer-picker realm. Good to see Neumos pretty much packed with grass fans up there on Capitol Hill, not exactly a mecca for acoustic music.
