Evergreen Students Riot over Dead Prez

Ever wonder how many tree-hugging hippie college students it takes to flip over a police car? Students at Evergreen State College in Olympia learned today, as a riotous mob broke out shortly after a Dead Prez concert on campus.
Apparently there was a bit of a scuffle during the Dead Prez set, and campus officers stepped in to arrest a student for misdemeanor assault. After some prodding from the band to "do something about it," the usually serene students decided to take it to the man and liberate their captured comrade.
Thurston County deputies were called to the campus and asked to take the Campus Officer to safety. It was the Thurston County Deputy's car that got the brunt of the crowds anger.
When a deputy's car wouldn't start, the crowd overturned it, broke out the windows and sprayed some graffiti. The deputy's laptop computer and a radar gun were stolen. No weapons were lost. Another patrol car had graffiti but no other damage. There is no word on further arrests due to the incident, but it appears that all is back to normal (whatever that may be) on Evergreen's campus.
