Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama's speeches (and his very presence in the race) are inspiring people to speak up, chant—and now sing—about embracing change. Jon, Joe and Jake Bergevin, Kirkland-based brothers and musicians all, got some local colleagues together to record "Fired Up, Ready to Go" in response to Obama's uplifting words.
Recognize some of those faces and voices? You should.
Contributors include lead singer Reverend Pat Wright and her renowned Total Experience Gospel Choir, drummer Matt Cameron from Pearl Jam, lead singer Jake Bergevin, other top studio musicians, sound engineers, video teams, photographers, caterers, local news teams and a renovated theater with recording studio.
If there's real promise that "one voice can change the world," what could a bunch of very talented ones do—with Matt Cameron backing them on drums? Unless U2 and Three 6 Mafia and My Chemical Romance voluntarily start a unified grassroots Clinton movement, we may find out.

I saw My Chemical Romance on SNL and was shocked by how crappy they were live. The were doing a slower/balladesque number that didn't exactly compliment the lead singers, umm, vocals.
