<description>&lt;p&gt;That is a completely asinine excuse “we want 100 percent compliance” so we ID 91 year-olds. I spent some time working with the Washington State Liquor Board and that statement is nonsense.  NO WAY a liquor control officer will penalize you for not asking ID from someone older than 80 years-old. They are more concerned with the 16 to 20 year-old boozing it at your bar. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
