Schooner Exact Brewing Co.'s Anniversary Party at Beveridge Place Pub This Saturday: Please Don't Go
Before we moved our worldly possessions across Elliott Bay to West Seattle, we'd never visited that neighborhood's Beveridge Place Pub. And we'd never tasted 3-Grid IPA, an excellently hoppy product of that neighborhood's Schooner Exact Brewing Co. Now that we pose as West Seattle regulars, we recognize both pub and brewer as priceless neighborhood gems; there's no better place to kill a few (happy) hours, and no finer micro-local IPA.
So it's with great sincerity that we ask you to stay away from Beveridge Place Saturday evening. Schooner Exact is taking over BPP to celebrate their first anniversary of existence, and your presence will only reduce the available elbow room and the volume of delicious liquid refreshment we plan to imbibe.
Schooner Exact says:
Right around this time last year, all of you came out and made our Inauguration Day release party the biggest night of the year ... So come on out and celebrate with us as we turn one year old! We are hoping that this one will be even bigger than the last, so be sure to invite all of your friends. We have been brewing up a storm so there will be plenty to go around. On tap will be 3-Grid IPA, Regrade Pale Ale, and the award winning Hoppy Holiday Winter Ale. In addition, we are doing a cask of both 3-Grid and Hoppy Holidays! We will get the party started around 6pm on Saturday, January 19th and go until close. Each pint will get you a chance at some cool Schooner Exact swag!

Please don't go. Don't gooooo. Please don't go. Don't goooooo...
(Schooner Exact also says, "Last year it took just three and a half hours" to suck the taps dry. So if you insist on being there, arrive early.)
