Is that the one with the woman from "Best in Show"? Jane Lynch. I just checked on IMDB. She did a WaMu commercial in 2005.

I just go into the branch's and avoid the folks in India all together. The folks in the branch's are nice and very helpful. I've had many fee's reversed that were pretty much my own fault. Luckily, I work two blocks from a WaMu, so I'm fine there. But even just calling the branch itself is more helpful. Plus, you can't beat 5% on savings accounts.
