<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;d take this idea one step further, tear the viaduct down immediately and let nature take it&apos;s course.

If downtown traffic gets as bad as the naysayers say it will, I&apos;ll bet we can quickly put together a package for some solution.  Hell, put it on the November ballot, let people decide how much they want to spend on this project. 

If traffic doesn&apos;t swell and overcome us all, well, then, I guess we didn&apos;t need a viaduct in the first place...&lt;/p&gt;</description>
