This is bullshit. Now what the fuck am I supposed to do about next door?!?! Seriously?!?!
Maybe if they'd had raised their prices, they could have paid the rent.... oh wait. That's why I loved that place.
I sure hope someone who got their start there would go right on ahead and buy the place, put on a Croc Benefit show once a year with all these big names and sell the place out so they can continue operating.
