The Day After

Crazy wet storm 2007 is now pelting San Franciscans. Here's what's left in its wake:

I-5 is closed between Chehalis and Napavine, the first flooding-related closing in 11 years. Amtrak is also out. So if you want to go to Portland, it's Horizon Air for you.

Helicopters had to get people out of homes in Southwest Washington.

In the city, the wind never came, so trees stayed rooted. Landslides are still a concern.
