<description>&lt;p&gt;I know they are being nice when they put tripe on my noodle/tofu/cabbage plate, but we&apos;re just not fans.  So, as happy as I was to be seen as a regular hotpotter at 7 Stars, we returned our plate with the tripe for one with the chewy thick noodles.  I hope our plate of meat stays as big still.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
