<description>&lt;p&gt;Yeah, Charles, it just occurred to me that earlier posts would have expired off CL. I *thought* they&apos;d been advertising for longer. 

I&apos;m always a little dubious of green/sustainable orgs that can&apos;t manage staff sustainability, like burnout is an okay result if you&apos;re working for good. Doesn&apos;t seem like they have fully grasped the concept.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Grist has been looking for an Executive Editor for at least two months now, if not longer. 

I&apos;ve noticed that over the past few years that they start looking for a new Executive Editor every 6 months to a year or so. My guess is that it is a hellish job and word to that affect has gotten around. Now I think they&apos;re just not getting the kind of applications they want.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
