The picture there is of stuffed pizza, not deep dish. That's actually what you should be making; pretty much everyone has deep dish of one variety or the other, but stuffed pizza is exclusive to Chicago (with the exception of Delfino's).

Must....have.....Art of Pizza....now. Hope this works out...I've been wanting to try myself. If it fails, you can call Delfino's in U-Village. Closest thing to good deep dish you'll find out here.
