<description>&lt;p&gt;Neighborology (http://neighborology.com) is another website that launched recently that offers many of the same features and more. Personally, I think they do a much better job of bringing people together as they enable you to connect at the micro-community (e.g. condo, subdivision) level but also at the macro-community (e.g. region) level.

<description>&lt;p&gt;On my apartment floor, we have a commune where about 7 of the 12 units all hang out.  Some more than others, but still, the whole building kinda knows each other.

I think the Turtle Man on the third floor has been sad recently :(&lt;/p&gt;</description>
