Yes where in White Center does this remind you of? Has Seattlest ever been to Baghdad or White Center? Doubtful. Belltown is the 5th rung of hell to wtf (who the fuck) cares!

I've lived in Belltown, Queen Anne, and now White Center. White Center is way less trashy and crime ridden than both, and you can get a good burrito and pho on the same block. But if you want to watch a bunch of drunks puking in the street or shops with crap who's earthly purpose is yet to be determined, Belltown and Queen Anne would be a great place to settle.
