I went there today for lunch and got to try the bacon jam (I almost melted.) It seems like they run a pretty tight ship and I can't imagine their "health code violations" have any real merit. I'm sure getting permits for a trailer is pretty hard. Check them out on Wednesday and Thursday in SLU and Friday in Ballard.
