I ate them for the first and only time years ago in NYC&apos;s Chinatown and they blew my mind... and then I promptly forgot the name of the restaurant AND exactly what the dumplings were called. Soup dumplings! So basic, so easily forgettable. Thanks Seattlest!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
