I work in the uptown/QA area and see these fliers everywhere. "Bike to the store, Lenore?" Who in judas priest names their kid Lenore anymore? They're probably too old to bicycle, or if they did, they need a pennyfarthing.

Another example of Seattle's ridiculously lame good intentions gone awry. I'm sure these things will be biodegrading well into the 24th century...

I'm tired of seeing this crap too. I don't know for sure - but I suspect it may be illegal.
