<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;ve always enjoyed the Mocha Valencia, though it was &quot;off the menu&quot; long before I ever started drinking them. For whatever Starbucks is, I find it sad to see the slow ratcheting up of prices and down of the menu. There was a brief moment where they hit a sweet spot on the price-quality curve.
