Trout & Ham, Revealed

For a few weeks now we've glanced at the "Trout and ham" item on Smith's menu and wondered if it could really be that simple. Finally someone was carnivorous enough to order it, so we snapped Before and After photos with our mighty 1.3 megapixel cell camera obscura. As you can see, the ham is shavings, not a slab off a hunk of honey-baked. The trout is a filet, with the skin, head, and tail left on one side, which was initially disconcerting to the diner, though he gave the dish a thumbs up for taste.
