You know, we've asked ourselves and we don't have a problem with "we." This is a collective site, we use a collective noun to mark that, and while it's mostly for the fun of it, it's also something we've agreed to stick with. Occasionally, we do drop the "we" to highlight the personal nature of a post (typically tagged "Personal"). If the editorial we is too problematic for you, you might try just sticking with those and your Ayn Rand collection.

Can you drop the annoying "we" once and for all. "But we bought a bike again recently and now we're a huge cyclist..." Why not just say I? Each writer on this site has a unique perspective, unique knowledge and experiences. The collective noun is unwieldy and unreadable.
