Your Photographic Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

The Seattlest Flickr pool is full to burstin' with visual splendors. But is that enough for us? No. We're greedy.

Our photo contributors already do an awesome job taking photos of events like Pride and the solstice parade. So we figure, why not ask them -- meaning you -- to document a particular event ahead of time? Genius.

Your assignment: the Buffy "Once More With Feeling" midnight showings at the Egyptian. We'd really love to see it -- the costumes, the festivities, the throwdowns between Spuffys and Bangels. Sadly, some of us Seattlests are officially too old to stay up until 2 a.m., mostly because we have young'uns who get us up at 6:45 regardless. (Also, frankly, we think the musical episode is a tad overrated.)

We want to see it anyway -- or at least your perspective. So go. Take your camera. Get snapshots of the people in line; if you go to the show, see if you can get shots of people in the theater.
