<description>&lt;p&gt;This is a good point, about time.  But you have to look at how our state government is run.

Initiative based things are great, as long as your state isn&apos;t filled with morons who can&apos;t proofread an ad.

Look, we need mass transit.  Period.  And for anyone who says they don&apos;t use them, screw you.  Our economy is based upon the support of millions.  From the port to Microsoft to the local diner.  Moreover, how those people get to where they&apos;re going and how quickly goods can be shipped dictate the quality of life and economy.

Less traffic means truck drivers can get those hicks out east their Budweiser and we can give them money for the potatos they use our port to ship out of.

This &quot;Seattle-centric&quot; hate is really ill-breed.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
