Get Out Tonight: Rocky Votolato

We've seen Rocky Votolato's name splashed all over the web and heard the DJs out there mention him enough times that we finally had to stop and say, OK -- what's the deal with this guy. We streamed yesterday's live in-studio on KEXP and well, we didn't get much work done. So enthralled were we that it was all we could do to wiggle the mouse around, do a little tappy tap of the keys, make it look like we were working.

Rocky Votolato plays the Triple Door at 7:30 tonight. It's a CD release show for the Rocky's new album, The Brag and Cuss, which you can stream here. The reserved seating is sold out, but we're told that the box office will have standing-room-only tickets available at 5:30pm and that technically there may still be some seats available for you wimps out there.

Openers Night Canopy are a must-see as well with Amy Blaschke's one of a kind voice and former PGMG Nick Dewitt's multi-instrumentation.

If you miss this show, don't fret. Rocky Votolato will play a free in-store at Easy Street Queen Anne at 8pm this Friday.
