<description>&lt;p&gt;Yeah, it sucked to walk down there for a picnic the other day and find the lawn missing.  We still have Gasworks if you&apos;re willing to walk.  And the BF Day fields for recreation...  But that patch by the Adobe lawn will be missed.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Yeah, they&apos;re putting in a third building.  Given the overbuilding in Seattle in general, the timing is ... odd.

From Facilities on April 2nd:  &quot;I have received notice that the owner of the lot adjacent to the Plaza Building (aka the “Grassy Knoll”) will be developing the site into the third and final building planned for the QLUC-east campus.  Work on the site is scheduled to begin Friday, April 20, with an estimated construction run-time of 14-18 months.&quot;
