<description>&lt;p&gt;It&apos;s actually well known in Thailand that curry paste keeps forever, no need to refrigerate actually.  Okay...maybe more like 6 months, but its totally safe to keep for a long time outside of the fridge.  I recall recently reading an article about all the stuff that we Americans insist upon refrigerating, but don&apos;t need to, the only thing that I recall off the top of my head is mustard...but lotsa stuff is totally safe outside the fridge.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
