But about 3 months ago, a galpal from Japan made the most amazing salad I&apos;ve ever had, with tuna sashimi, shrimp, scallops, inoki mushroom and various otherworldly-looking greens.  Delicious! This salad looks equally exotic!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
