More snow--today's games are postponed. they'll play a doubleheader on Sunday, and try to make the third game up during an off day later in the season.

Geoff Baker reports that a Cleveland paper described Hargrove's heroics last night thusly: "Hargrove pulled an invisible rabbit from his cap and somehow persuaded the umpires to feed it carrots."

--Oregon State isn't OSU anymore, they are OS. It's an attempt to trick recruits into thinking they won't have to attend class.
--Cameron Dollar looks likely to be back as a Dawgs assistant coach, He was a finalist for the Long Beach State job, but they hired former Zags head coach Don Monson.
--Chamberlain Oguchi is transferring from Oregon.
--Not a good start to the year for the A's Bobby Crosby--he handed the M's two games this week, and now he may have hurt his back again (he missed the last couple of months of last season with a back injury).
--This FOX Sports mock draft has the Seahawks taking Tennessee OL Arron Sears in the 2nd round, and Dashon Goldson as the first Husky being taken, in the 3rd round. Remember, the Hawks traded their 1st round pick for Deion Branch, and the Huskies don't have any good players.
