Favorite scene: about two minutes in when they steal a rickshaw. There's also lots of cool phone technology which makes a lot of sense since this is a Ma Bell production.

Back in the good old days when Seattle actually got something new and imaginative done with government cooperation. Now it be a non starter because of the "Nick Licata types" who dominate local government and are more interested in process the progress.
