They DID hit the ball on the ground. they did everything they could to NOT make a mockery of the game.

One thing that would help is to get people who care about this to get off their butt and support baseball and softball in the &quot;inner city.&quot; The Mariners do provide help with the RBI program, but we need PEOPLE, not just money, to give these young ladies and young men an opportunity to succeed.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
